Get the real prairie experience right in the city.

It's beautiful. Just wish it had more directional signage once in the think of the park.

Great place for a walk. Some wildlife.

This is my first time to nose Hill Park after living in the Calgary area for 32 years. Definitely very nice with a lot of trails and a lot of open spaces. you can tell why people enjoy the park because it seems like there's an endless system of trails to explore. I can't wait to come here in the summer with my son whether I'm mountain bikes to spend some more time exploring and taking in the beautiful views of the city.

Local destination, lots of convenient parking. Good views North, South, East & West. Downside is that a few dog owners not picking up after their dogs, spending too much time looking at their phone & not watching their dogs

Always a pleasure coming here. Obviously, it can get a bit windy at times, but there are plenty of areas between the hills that are warm with less wind. My 3-year-old loves hiking here and going for nature walks. I love that there is hardly ever any garbage on the ground. It is a well kept park!

Nose hill is amazing for off leash dog walking. Even if parking lots are full its so big that its not crowded.

Hiked up to a hilltop overlooking the city around dusk. Silly time to be hiking through snow some might say but I met a deer on the ridge. 3-point buck patrolling something and not terribly skittish. Not even a 5-minute drive from the nearest strip-mall. An urban deer. Who knew?

I visited during winter and it waa beautiful . There are many trails to walk up. There a nice slops for ice sledding . The view of Calgary from the mountain was amazing .

Great place for a picnic, watch fireworks or a romantic evening overlooking the city as well as mountain views. You can hear coyotes yipping and howling at night. Also good for hill runs, cross-country skiing & snowshoeing. In the winter you might be lucky enough to to see people kitesurfing on skis. *check out the valleys. I’ve come across fox’s, deer and even a moose.

Sunrise Best Spot

Beautiful place to take dogs for a walk

I saw the first sunrise in 2021 here. Perfect place for seeing sunrise and snowshoeing.

Great view especially for a relaxing walk.

Parking lot is crowded in the afternoon but people come and go quickly so you should be able to get a spot if you drive around.

A beautiful place to go for a casual walk in nature with stunning city, mountain and prarie views. The best place to take sunset photos and photos of the moon. Also great for dog walking and saw some people tobogganing today. Great all year round! Good parking too.

Awesome in the winter

My dog absolutely loves it here! Beautiful open space that's easy to social distance in. Snow is definitely above ankle depth off the main trail right now following the big storm but still a great walk!

Love the north sides paths in the woods,dogs love the whole thing

Best Place to be

This place can get windy so if you like flying kite and want to stay in the city limits this is a good place. It also has some good views of Calgary's skyline. There are a few parking spots which give you unobstructed views of downtown are. It has mortar pathways and people bike, jog.

Lots of open space and easy to distance from others during COVID (Although be careful at the park entrances as more people tend congregate there). Bike paths are great for trail riders.
